OUR RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind? Wrong size? No problem! Daley Swim is pleased to offer an exchange or gift note on items providing that they are in the following condition:
- New and unused
- Hygiene seal, tags and original packaging remain intact
- You return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Should your items be in the following condition then they cannot be exchanged:
- If the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with
- If damage has been incurred by the customer
- Any items purchased in the sale.
Please, therefore, try on your swimwear over underwear and do not remove the hygiene seal until you are sure you wish to keep your item. Please also avoid makeup or lotions coming into contact with any item.
All our swimwear goes through a strict quality control check before leaving our Daley Swim HQ, however in the rare case that your items have been damaged during transit please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your items.
Daley Swim does not cover any damage incurred by the customer.
Daley Swim is pleased to extend our exchange policy to all of our customers worldwide. If you are looking to process a exchange from outside of the UK please ensure that you are aware of any potential associated customs and shipping charges.
The United Kingdom customs agent places import duties on all items coming into the UK if it is suspected that they are imported goods. Therefore please ensure you clearly label that your package is a RETURN on the outside of the package and on any customs forms you fill out.
Daley Swim cannot be held liable for any customs charges that are applied to your return. You will be refunded the full order value minus any costs that the parcel may have incurred prior to arriving at our warehouse. Please ensure you take this, as well as any shipping charges and timescales into account when looking to return an order form overseas.
Please email email@example.com quoting your order number and information regarding which items you wish to exchange. You will then be sent a returns form for you to complete and include in your parcel. Please note exchanges will only be made for items of the same value. If the exchange requires additional payment you will be sent a refund and you will need to repurchase online.
